  1. Visit: http://library.must.edu.mo/patroninfo

    [Barcode]

    Fill in the barcode:

    Student: Your Student ID Card number without “-” and the last number.

    Staff: Your Staff ID Card number

    [PIN]

    And the PIN:

    The password is automatically generated by the library system, and sent to your university e-mail address.

    You can reset your password by logging in “My Library”, or visiting at the circulation service counter or by call at (+853) 88972086.

    The main functions of “My Library” are:

    • To check your loaned records.
    • To request a book or a room.
    • To renew the books your have checked out.

  3. Only a checked-out book could be requested. You can make a request by visiting at the circulation counter or via online.

    For the online request, you need to search books through the Web PAC (http://library.must.edu.mo/search/ ) and find the books you need, then click the requesticon and fill in your My Library’s “Barcode” and “PIN”.

    Your request for *** was successful” will be displayed when your request finished. The system will send a “hold pick up” e-mail to you when the last user returned the requested book. You should borrow the requested book within 3 days; otherwise, the request you made will be cancelled.

  5. Library welcomes academic and administration staffs and students make suggestions or recommendations for purchase to the library.

    Ways for suggestions:

      Please send the book/journal/DVD etc. information such as title, author, publisher and ISBN/ISSN, and your contact ways to the library acquisition services section at library_acq@must.edu.mo

    • Visit a reference librarian at the Reference Services Counter (1st Floor).

  6. You can ask for help by visiting a reference librarian at the reference service counter, also you can make a phone call or e-mail for the reference service.

    Reference librarians mainly answer the questions about library resource using, and will not do the schoolwork for the students.

    The reference consultation included:

    1. Directional or technical questions.
    2. Provide the information and the suggestions on library resources using.

  1. a. Someone is reading the “available” books.

    b. The books have been placed on a wrong location; we will fix the locations regularly.

    You can also visit the circulation counter for a detailed consultation.

    * Users should deposit the used books to the book-carts.

  2. I. You can visit the Web PAC (http://library.must.edu.mo/search/), and fill in the information with the related search field.

    II. When the results displayed, you can find the detailed information by clicking the book title.

    III. For the books, please mark down the call number of the book and go to the relevant location to find the book by reading the given location and Library Floor Map.

    IV. There is a specific shelf location for both the current and back issue of periodicals and journals, whose year and volumes ranges displayed in the call number.

Remote Access

  1. 1) Visit the library website (http://lib.must.edu.mo/) and click a database what you want.

    2) Choose "Proceed anyway".

     3) E-resources authentication. Username and Password are the same as the account name and password of your MUST mail.

    4) Choose "Proceed anyway" again , and now you can use the database.
