Self-service Scanning

🔍 Introduction

The Library Information Commons (1Floor) and the Sky Oasis Library both provide self-service scanning services, allowing readers to digitize their printed materials.

📝 Operation Steps

Step 1: On-site Scanning

Go to the designated locations and use the library printers to scan your documents.

Step 2: Download Files

After scanning, log in to the "Cloud Print Self-service System" to download your scanned files online.

⚠️ Note: Please download and check your files promptly after scanning, and ensure compliance with relevant copyright laws.

Self-service Printing / Copying Services

The library provides self-service printing and copying services at the Information Commons on the 1st floor. Multiple payment methods are supported, including Campus Card, Macau Pass, and MPay.

🖨️ Printing: Campus Card Payment

Option 1: Online Printing

  1. Access the "Cloud Print Self-service System" and upload files.

  2. Tap your card on the Cloud Printer to start.

Option 2: Offline Printing

  1. Use a computer in the Information Commons, select [Unifound Print Manager System].

  2. Tap your card on a Cloud Printer to confirm printing.

⚠️ Important Note: Campus Card balance must be at least MOP 5.

💳 Printing: Macau Pass / MPay Payment

Steps for [MP_C6004] Printer:

  1. Select [MP_C6004] as the printer.

  2. Insert Macau Pass or scan MPay QR code.

  3. Select task and click print. Click "EJECT" when finished.

⚠️ Important Note: Macau Pass balance must be at least MOP 10.

📄 Self-service Copying

  • Campus Card Users: Use Cloud Printers.

  • Macau Pass / MPay Users: Use [MP_C6004] printer.

📶 Wireless Network (Wi-Fi)

The entire library is covered by Wi-Fi. Campus readers can easily connect to the wireless network.

  • SSID: MUST-WiFi

  • Login: Use your WeMust account to log in.

🔌 Wired Network

Locations

Readers can bring their own network cables and use the network ports provided on the reading tables near the windows on 2-4 floors.

Connection

Plug the network cable into the port on the table and your laptop to enjoy a stable wired connection.

The 1st Floor Service Counter provides the following equipment for loan:

  • Items: Network cables, power adapters, HDMI, etc.

  • How to Borrow: Please present your ID at the Service Counter for registration.

The library provides free internet PC services in the Information Commons on the 1st floor. Readers can browse online resources or use the computers for learning.

Internal Users

  • Login: Enter your WeMust account and password to connect automatically.

  • Access: Browse online resources and access the library's subscribed electronic databases.

External Users

  • Login: Register at the 1st Floor Service Counter with a valid ID to receive a public account.

  • Access: Browse online resources only; no access to subscribed electronic databases.

⚠️ Reminder: Please take care of the public computer equipment. Remember to log out of your personal accounts and take your belongings when finished.
