Interlibrary Collaboration Service refers to the provision of interlibrary loan services for reader documents, collection books, and dissertations through cooperative agreements between libraries. This service aims to interconnect and share resources, maximizing the value of each library's limited resources.

The library is committed to collection development and has established close resource-sharing mechanisms with many renowned libraries and document support organizations, including:
National Library of China, Peking University Library, Tsinghua University Library, Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library, the Chinese University of Hong Kong Library, National Taiwan University Library, the National Science Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academic Humanities and Social Sciences Documentation Center (CASHL), the China Higher Education Documentation System (CALIS), the Chinese Academic Digital Library (CADAL), and the National Center for Science and Technology Literature (NSTL).
