This page provides redemption guides for eBooks from different publishers. Please select the corresponding guide based on the type of textbook you purchased.

Or follow the steps below:
Step 1: Create VitalSource Personal Account
Go to https://www.vitalsource.com/en-uk/sign_up to create a VitalSource personal account
Remember your VitalSource account username and password
Step 2: Redeem eBook
Log in to your VitalSource account
Click "Redeem" and enter your purchased eBook Redeem Code
After successful redemption, click the eBook cover to read the content
Step 3: Offline Reading and Important Notes
You can choose web version, PC client, or mobile APP
For offline reading, please install the mobile APP: VitalSource Bookshelf Application
Important Reminder: The same eBook Redeem Code can only be downloaded to a maximum of two devices for offline reading
📖 Type B: McGraw Hill Education Connect Code [↑]
💡 Note: This type of e-textbook usually includes both eBook and online homework
Steps:
Step 1: Access Course Link
Log in to the course-specific link provided by your instructorStep 2: Create Personal Account
Create a personal account and password - Username must be your university emailStep 3: Redeem and Use
After successful login, enter your purchased redemption code - Once redeemed, you can read the eBook and complete online homework (if applicable)
📖 Type C: Cengage Learning [↑]
First Step: Ensure you are not using a VPN from outside your country/region. Please go to student.cengage.com
If you don't have a Cengage account:
Click "Account", then click "Create Account" (go to Step 3)
If you have a Cengage account:
Enter your email, click "Next", then enter your password and log in (go to Step 10)
Steps 3-9: Create New Account Process
Complete the registration form
When selecting institution, enter your institution's name and select from the dropdown list
Check your email immediately to activate your account
Open the welcome email and click the "Activate Cengage Account" button (email verification expires after 1 day)
Set your Cengage password
Here you will activate your course materials and join the course
Steps 10-14: Redemption and Registration
Click "Enter Access Code or Course Key"
Your course materials will appear on the homepage. Click it to join the course
After entering the course key, click "Register"

Email have to include: Name, student ID, course code, access code, ISBN, and registered email address
