Textbook Ordering Guide

 (For current students)

This guide will walk you through the complete process of ordering textbooks on the WeMust StudentAPP.

   

📚 Step 1: Select Ordering Methods [↑]

You have two methods to order textbooks:

📅 Method 1: Order via "Class timetable"

  1. Open the WeMust StudentAPP.

  2. Click on "Class timetable" in the bottom menu bar.

  3. Select any course to enter.

  4. Click "Order" at the "Relevant Textbooks" 

📱 Method 2: Order via "MUSTbooks"

  1. Click on the "MUSTbooks" application on WeMust StudentAPP.

  2. Click the "Click me to preorder" button at the top.

✅ Step 2: Confirm and Submit order [↑]

  1. Required textbooks will being listed.

  2. Confirm the textbooks you want to purchase, click "Order" to add them to "Cart".

  3. Click the "Cart" on the bottom right corner.

  4. After verifying the order, click "Submit".

💳 Step 3: Payment [↑]

  1. Click "Pay".

  2. Enter your payment password.

  3. After successful payment, click "Complete".

📖 Step 4: Collection [↑]

📅 Book Collection Appointment (First Semester Only)

  1. Click "View My Orders".

  2. Click "Make an Appointment".

  3. Select "Date", "Time Period" and "Location".

  4. Click "Submit".

📋 1. Check Order Status
After successful payment, click "Collection" on the bottom bar, you can collect textbooks while the "Waiting for Collection" is not 0.
🏢 2. On-site Collection

First Semester: Arrive at the designated location at the appointed time and show your "Collect Code".

Second Semester: No appointment needed, collect directly with your "Collect Code".

*E-textbooks do not require on-site collection. The password will be displayed in the corresponding e-textbook field when distributed.
